Nursery Staff

Our fully qualified staff are passionate and dedicated to their work. Most have been with us since the nursery opened and the management team have an average of 7 years service at the nursery. The nursery has a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) dedicated to working with children with special needs, promoting inclusive practice and trained in early support.

Ongoing training is extremely important to us, as this further enhances children's welfare and development. 80% nursery nurses hold Level 3 or above in childcare and 20% are Level 2 working towrds Level 3. Also, three members of our senior staff are working towards a Foundation Degree in Early Years.

  3. All staff trained in Pediatric First Aid
  4. Senior Staff trained in First Aid at Work
  5. Senior staff trained in Special Educational Needs
  6. Senior staff trained in Child Protection
  7. Management Team are all trained in fire safety
